The title of this rhyme seems to imply a new word by me,

That I’ve invented a word of love we can use collectively,

Not used as a group but all can use individually at times,

So powerful this word it is used but once in love rhymes,

Perhaps when used in a short poem or rhyme too small,

It might overpower all other words causing you to stall,

This word of love says everything a person wants to say,

I do believe it is on the tip of my tongue to be said today,

It needs to overpower “I love you” while expressing it all,

At least a thousand fold in meaning when used overall,

I’m desperate in my pursuit of said word I need it now,

I am much older now I need to find this word somehow,

My new word of love must be from deep within the heart,

As boys and girls find love choose this word from the start,

This word “uoyevoli” might be the word but I doubt it is,

Through the years it has grown some in our state of bliss,

Uweoyeevoli (Ū-ō-yēē-vōłē),that’s the word that says it all,

If it is that true secret word of love, I will write it on the wall!

Patti, my wife of over fifty one years has told me to stop,

To stop and think it over before I turn this rhyme into a flop,

I just want that perfect word of love that is powerful too,

It must insinuate perfect love for all including me and you,

As I study the word I realize what it is that I have done,

I’m desperate for a love word more powerful than this one,

But now it’s time to confess my actions for you to see,

My mind is odd, it is strange too, a schoolboy mentality,

When I saw “I love you” reflected in the mirror one morning,

A message I saw just for me, I was so happy I started to sing,

“I love you” said backwards is Ū-ō-yēē-vōłē, nothing more,

Oooeoooooeoooo is Texas cowboy shrill when opening a door,

The backward sentence of love is just shown how to be said,

I’m so in love with Patti that it keeps love dancing in my head,

One thing that’s true no doubt is how much I love my lady,

After fifty four years when she enters a room I become giddy,

Even more so than the day we were married, I swear it’s true,

I must resort to the same magic Valentine’s words, “I love you”.
