Sensations of adoration have filled my being as I study you,

Time delayed to make more is worthy as now I’m time’s defaulter,

Whisper slowly into my ears the words “darling, hold me tight”,

Chill bumps awaken flesh and I’ll answer “I will hold you all night”,

Whatever you do in life little angel, I will be eternally at your side,

In our wedding day vows I vowed to love you forever, here I reside,

Long flowing hair is so silky beautiful as it drapes your shoulder,

I’ve adored you a half century or more disregard that I’m older,

To know you as I do is to know love and I know you do love me,

Remaining moments in time must be shared in love, ever so deeply.
